Process Learning Centers (PLC) is a nonprofit corporation, certified as a 501 (c) (3) organization in 1988, in Sacramento, CA.   PLC’s primary purpose is to promote programs and projects that improve the learning process for future generations.  PLC is the non-profit arm of VCInternational.net (VCI), a full-service video conferencing company.
